Guidance for viewings and inspections during Covid-19

• If any member of the viewing party, or any member of your/their household, has or has had symptoms within the last 14 days, please cancel the viewing.

• Viewings are limited one person.

• Social distancing must be observed in line with public health advice.

• Where possible you should avoid touching surfaces.

• Please bring your own hand sanitizer.

• Children are not permitted to attend viewings.

• Masks/face coverings must be worn and social distancing will be observed. Masks/face coverings will not be provided by John Ryde Commercial.

• Anyone undertaking a viewing of a property being marketed by John Ryde Commercial does so entirely at their own risk in the context of Coronavirus/Covid-19 and John Ryde Commercial provide no warranty or otherwise that the property has not been occupied or visited by anyone suffering from or having symptoms of Covid-19.
